SNMV - Msc Bio Tech Application Form

Submit / send the duly filled up application form along with the registration fee in cash or DD with attested copies of certificates required for admission to : 
               The Principal 
               SNMV CAS 
               Coimbatore – 641 050.

Admission cards will be given / sent by post to the eligible candidates selected for admission to various courses. Admission will be confirmed after submission of the following original certificates and the payment of prescribed fees.

Original certificates required to be submitted are: 

1. S.S.L.C Book or Mark Sheet +2 Certificate or Mark Sheet Degree 
2. Provisional / Original (for PG) Degree Mark lists (for PG) 
3. Transfer Certificate 
4. Conduct Certificate 
5. Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner certifying the health of the candidate. 
6. Passport-size photos - 4 Nos. and 
7. stamp-size photos - 2 Nos. (colour photos only). 
8. Eligibility Certificate from Bharathiar University (college offers assistance) 

The College has the right to cancel the admission offered if any of the certificates submitted is found false or the qualification of the candidate admitted is not approved by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
